  • Are there any bathroom facilities?

The toilet is situated on the second floor of the studio space, up a set of stairs, as a result we ask that you keep this in mind if you are physically less able. There are also a number of cafes such as Starbucks with free toilet facilities situated less than 2 minutes from the location. 

  • What facilities are available in the studio?

There is a fridge, sink, kettle and microwave free to use so please feel free to bring your own food and drinks! 

  • How can I get to and from the studio?

Major bus stops are less than a 5 minute walk from the studio, that take you to the centre of Brighton, Brighton station, hove and other locations.

Please note that we will not retain any of your credit card or debit details on our website or pass on any information to third parties.

Effects of Cancelling Orders & Refunds:

Our 4 week Intensive course is non-refundable after purchase. Our small team is dedicated to teaching high quality standard workshops that require time from other commitments to be booked off in order to focus on these courses. As a result, refunds for longer courses are not currently available. 

Refunds for weekend / day workshops are refundable up to 14 days before the date at 50% of the purchase price. 

Cancelations must be made via email to: studiotamane@gmail.com

Transfer of credit can be issued to swap purchases or change dates.

Products purchased that are faulty or need repair are welcome to be returned and fixed by our team to be returned to the buyer, please contact studiotamane@gmail.com for any concerns on repairs.

Delivery:

All products will be shipped using Royal Mail first class services and service fees.

Promotions will be applicable by code after checkout.
